Often, by the time we hear from a new client, they’re so overwhelmed with certain aspects of their business and exhausted doing all the things they’ve been told they must do. Even with all the extra focus and work they’re not seeing the return they anticipated, sometimes to the point of being minimal at best. The “busy” work gets in the way of the small business meeting the needs of the customer. Stress builds, measurements fall by the wayside and the business owner feels the stress of disappointment. One client wondered out loud if all this “stuff” was the reason they went into business in the first place.
